For each QTL, the location (linkage group (LG) and cM location), 95% confidence interval (CI) of the QTL region, name of nearest marker, lod-score (LOD), effect size (additive and dominance) with standard error (SE) and percent phenotypic variance explained is shown.
In this study, QTLs responsible for α-tocopherol concentration and γ-tocopherol concentration were detected at the same location (linkage group K), strongly supporting the negative correlation between α-tocopherol concentration and γ-tocopherol concentration described in the previous report [ 18].

We then created files of FISH locations, linkage-map locations and breakpoints for each chromosome, and also an orthologue-location file for FISH-mapped markers, all of which were used to create the integrated map.
Inversion of marker positions observed between Pop-DG and T × E in three locations (linkage groups G2, G3, and G5) were among marker pairs that were close together on the T × E map (< 10 cM), suggesting that they are more probably caused by errors in the assignment of marker order than to inversion of chromosome fragments [ 8].
