In the plp mut embryos, however, the PLP-ΔPACT no longer localized strongly to the Cnn flares, and its localization to the centrosomal region in general was extremely weak.
In this population of cells, both α-actinin-1 and α-actinin-4 localized strongly to membrane ruffles (Figure 1A).
