Conclusion: Workstation table height was found to have a significant effect on low-back load of subjects under study.
The 261 subjects with a detectable CD4+ T cell response had a median viral load of 29,900 RNA copies/ml plasma [range 49 to 8.5×106] which was significantly lower than the median viral load of subjects without a detectable CD4 response (median 91,900 RNA copies/ml plasma) [range 49 to 6.5×106] (p<0.0001, Mann Whitney, Figure 1A), although there was considerable overlap.
According to cognitive load theory, the intrinsic cognitive load of subjects like anatomy or pathology originates mainly from the large volume of new information.
Next, we ranked HLA alleles by the average viral loads of subjects in the Durban cohort: the quartile with the lowest viral loads (<125,437 viral copies; mean = 65,384; median = 58,229) included 12 alleles, herein referred as "good" alleles; the quartile with the highest viral loads (>320,643 viral copies; mean = 971,587; median = 531,20) included 12 "bad" alleles.
