Throughout this "year of mindfulness," we have pondered what it means to live mindfully.
For me, to unplug is to give up craving, to live mindfully, to move toward nirvana (Sanskrit for "complete liberation").
The question is, can we live mindfully with our various timekeepers rather than being dominated by them.
That's because it's even more than just learning to eat healthy... let's do this, and learn to eat and live mindfully.
If you ask me, the real courage is in our choosing to live mindfully, knowing that no one's safe arrival home from their day's journey is guaranteed.
It is up to us to choose to live mindfully in the present while learning from the past and planning for the future.
