"live agent" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to a real person who is actively assisting or interacting with a customer or user, as opposed to an automated system or a pre-recorded message. Example: "I was having trouble with my phone bill, so I decided to call the customer service hotline. To my surprise, I was connected to a live agent who was able to quickly resolve my issue."
