Compounds (II) 4a, 4d, 4f, 4j, 4l and 4n showed potent antiproliferative activity at sub-micromolar or nanomolar concentrations against SGC-7901, and9 and HT-1080 cell lines, indicating that the bioisosteric replacement of the carbonyl group and B-ring of SMART and ABI with a 5,5-fused-heterocycle scaffold successfully maintained potent antiproliferative activity.
The X-ray pattern of the annealed Naph-2,6-PBT fiber showed several Bragg reflections as well as streaks along the layer lines indicating that the registry between adjacent chains exists in the crystal with a great deal of axial disorder.
For example, 15 (with 4-OCF3) isignificantlyly more active than 6 (with 4-OCH3) allinst all cancer cell lines, indicating that the electron withdrawing effect of fluorine might have played a role.
After mapping active enhancers and TSSs to the chromatin interaction bin-pairs, we found that the number of enhancers and TSSs are positively correlated with CI frequencies in both hESC and IMR90 cell lines, indicating that the enhancers and promoters are enriched in the interacted genomic loci with high CI frequencies (Fig. 4A and 4B).
Reduced monocyte numbers were observed in independent Slfn4 transgenic lines, indicating that the phenotype was unlikely to arise from insertional effects of the transgene.
An ANCOVA showed no difference between the slopes of these lines, indicating that the incremental energetic response to increasing U was uniform between seasons (season*U, F1,63 = 1.62, p = 0.21).
