The other three genotypes are more recently diverged with a distinct lineage grouping the 'HostU' and 'HostD1' genotypes separately from the 'HostB' and 'HostD3' genotypes (98% Bayesian posterior probability; MP bootstrap support of 54%; Figure 3).
