It takes in Sheffield's south-west corner, from Endcliffe Park with its swings and busy cafe through Whiteley Woods and the Porter Valley to Ringinglow and down the Limb (the boundary between Mercia and Northumbria), through Ecclesall Woods – my patch, and you're welcome for a brew – past Beauchief Abbey to Gleadless.
