"Even I had some preconceived notions of like, 'Gosh, furries are a bunch of deviants; kind of weird,'" Dee remembers, laughing.
"We suffer because we're not by the coast, but if we had something like a spaceport, gosh, it would be brilliant," says John Hicks, who runs the Smuggler's Inn.
