It depends on how you use it. "Light storm" is a non-standard term, so it won't be found in any dictionary. That said, it could still be used in written English in a figurative sense. For example, you could write, "When I opened the door, I was met with a light storm of angry accusations." Here, "light storm" is being used to suggest a storm of mild intensity--that is, less severe than a full-fledged storm.
