It is possible that it could be used in spoken English as an affirmation, similar to saying "yes, life" in response to a statement or question. However, in written English, it would be more appropriate to use a complete sentence to convey the intended meaning. Example: "Life, yes, can be difficult, but it's worth it in the end."
