No significant difference was found between the VAD and the control groups, apart from a significantly higher LF coherence between MAP and CBFV in the VAD cases (P = 0.04).
Cadaveric descriptions of the deep layer of the lumbar ligamentum flavum (LF), extending between contiguous borders of adjacent laminae and into the lateral spinal canal region are limited.
In the course of these studies we noted differences in LF potency between sources and individual preparations which suggested that variability at the N-terminus of the protein might have an impact on potency.
