If a potential entrepreneur has fixed assets, they should consider leveraging those assets to secure finances needed for the new business.

How do we leverage these assets to make our business more efficient?
As with any other business, there are three options; cost-cutting, leveraging the assets or downsizing (presumably outsourcing to other faiths is not an option).
