The curation levels of these test kinomes are adequate evaluating kinase prediction and classification algorithms, but they are not curated to the level of many of the kinomes used in the reference database from KinBase, particularly those of H. sapiens, D. melanogaster, C. elegans, S. cerevisaie and D. discoideum, for which most kinases received individual attention.
But some doctors and clinicians have brought the "normal" levels of those tests into question.
