A multilevel full factorial design with three levels of the two factors and five levels of the third factor has been studied.
The two-way interaction AB effect is defined as the average difference between the effect of factor A at the high level of factor B and the effect of A at the low level of B. The three-way interaction ABC occurs when there is any significant difference in two-way interaction plots corresponding to different levels of the third factor.
However, the levels of the third ER stress sensor protein, ATF6, were decreased and not cleaved in hypoxic cells.
We found that XIAP levels were significantly higher in two of these cell lines (SUDHL5 and SUDHL8), compared with wild-type B cells, while the XIAP levels of the third line (SUDHL10), were hardly elevated (Fig. 5A).
