In our two most recent annual surveys, we found that social business is important to very similar levels of respondents from B-to-C (business-to-consumer) and B-to-B (business-to-business).
They find moderate to low levels of respondents having someone in the family who knows first aid (range: 68 66%), a family emergency plan (range: 34 23%), and an out-of-area emergency contact (range: 46 32%).
Respondents in the low income category were more likely to be currently married (70%) and had the highest levels of respondents with no formal education (40.1%).
This perception along with their better RHIS tasks competence levels might have strengthened the motivation levels of respondents as well.
