Previous analyses of gene expression profiles in intestinal cells failed to identify integrin subunits that displayed statistically significant levels of differential expression between proliferating and differentiating cells (Tremblay et al., 2006).
These we define to be lists of genes that are differentially expressed along with their associated levels of differential expression (which we call weights).
