Column (2) in Table 5 reports the level of concealment of income when the self-employed has hired at least one worker as employee.
This will maintain a practical level of concealment, while allowing for a level of planning to accommodate shift patterns and availability of trainers.
An additional factor is paternalism, a situation that allows the treating physician or investigator to perform actions without consulting the patient, and in some cases even with a certain level of concealment that allows them, according to their own judgment, to act in the most convenient manner [ 2].
