Anti-CD3 ligation increased the level of precipitated RasGRP-1 (lane 6), as did anti-LFA-1 (lanes 7) and a combination of anti-CD3/LFA-1 (lane 8).
The level of precipitated DNA containing a 109 bp fragment in the first intron of MYC gene was quantified using real-time PCR analysis as described previously.
The levels of precipitated NFIX and HMGN1 were unaffected by heat shock, when probed with same antibodies as used in co-IPs, however the levels of precipitated CGGBP1 were reduced after heat shock (Figure 3).
