However, in control Tek-Cre x Tek-Cre and CKO x Tek-Cre matings, the rates of the lethality at E8.5 were 29.0% (n = 207) and 31.0% (n = 55), respectively, suggesting that the lethality was high when both parents had Tek-Cre allele, regardless of Ate1 deletion.
