This class of genes is distinct from common lamin A and progerin targets by a number of characteristics: First, progerin targets are involved in different biological processes as compared to common targets, including the general active pathway of proteolysis, and are less enriched for TFMs enriched in promoters bound by both lamin A and progerin.
Compared to all the miRBase-annotated miRNAs of Arabidopsis and rice, the sequence length of the sequestered miRNAs tends to be more enriched in 21 nt, and less enriched in 20, 22, and 24 nt.
Categories that may be relevant to GSH activity, such as oxidoreductase activity, response to stress and cell redox homeostasis appeared to be less enriched and of lower significance (fold-enrichment of 1.8, 1.4, and 6.7 and P-values of 5.1 × 10-2, 8.9 × 10-2 and 6.4 × 10-3, respectively) and therefore potentially of reduced importance.
To identify differentially regulated processes the dataset was filtered for functional categories enriched (p<0.005) in one or two depots while being less enriched (p>0.1) in the other depot(s).
Only 9 of 22 carboxylesterase genes identified in the RNA sequencing data were detected in the midgut (Σ FPKM ≥ 1), and the expression of those genes that are enriched appears evenly distributed, although 6 of those 9 are less enriched in M6.
The obesity/metabolic syndrome portal genes annotated with these two BP terms were ranked in the 6th and 10th clusters with lower enrichment scores than those of the cancer portal (Table 3A).This pattern is similar to the GO enrichment shown in Figure 4A, where the obesity genes are less enriched in these two terms compared with cancer genes.
This is supported by the fact that the motif enrichment analysis by AME also reports that the canonical SCL motif is less enriched than both the SCL-GATA-1 motif and the GATA-1 motif (data not shown).
Reactors that give up the fuel are then either closed or converted to use less enriched uranium.

Since I tried Ludwig back in 2017, I have been constantly using it in both editing and translation. Ever since, I suggest it to my translators at ProSciEditing.
