Its utter simplicity as a tool to create, edit, and broadcast video appeals to journalists, information disseminators, and artists; its architecture allows it to live within Twitter or on any Web page; and its short length of six seconds makes it an entirely digestible medium, with infinite looping that makes each clip hypnotic.
