Tudor Williams Ingredients 2 big cooking apples, preferably bramley Porridge oats, approx 1 cup per apple 1 tbsp demerara sugar per apple Raisins, chopped apricots or similar Juice and zest of a lemon Milk or cream 2 tbsp melted marmalade Generous grating of nutmeg Fresh berries Grate the apples into a big bowl – we leave the skin on, but peeled if you like, and without the cores.
