"left choices" is a grammatically correct phrase and can be used in written English.
It is typically used to refer to the remaining options or decisions that are available after some choices have already been made. Example: After considering all the pros and cons, I was left with two choices: to quit my job and travel the world, or to stay and continue climbing the corporate ladder. Both options had their own challenges, but I knew that I had to make the best of the left choices.
