"lecture day" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It can be used when referring to a day that a lecture is scheduled to take place, for example: "Tomorrow is lecture day, so make sure you arrive on time for the presentation."
Hence, we have conducted another test considering lecture day vs. ALL the days before lecture day as one variable (Before Lecture Day - BLD).
