The dynamic environment of VMMC demand sets a high bar for measurement, learning, and evaluation strategies.
Both the groups will undergo screening, learning and evaluation assessments at the time of the visit.
The fourth component underpins the other components, since measurement, learning, and evaluation are foundational for all stages of demand generation.
We present our findings and recommendations using a framework with 4 components: insight development; intervention design; implementation and coordination to achieve scale; and measurement, learning, and evaluation.

Electronic evaluation portfolios may play a role in learning and evaluation in clinical settings and may complement other traditional evaluation methods (bedside evaluations, written exams and tutor-led evaluations).
Both the groups will undergo screening, learning and evaluation assessments at the time of the visit and at follow-up visits 30, 60 and 90 days after the first visit.
