Moreover, the peer educators portrayed themselves as adult learners and at the same time exhibited implicit awareness of key adult learning principles [ 20, 21] in their work.
This balancing process involved encouraging or challenging individual learners while at the same time guiding the team as a whole to consolidate a firmly reflected body of common knowledge, giving the team a relevant direction for their work.
What of the students who are "slow learners" being evaluated at the same level of subject-mastery that "quick learners" achieve?
