The phrase "learn in context" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the importance of acquiring knowledge or skills within a relevant situation or environment.
Example: "To truly grasp the complexities of the subject, it is essential to learn in context rather than in isolation."
Alternatives: "learn within a framework" or "acquire knowledge in context."
