Via the concept of leading locus, stability criteria are derived for the controllers, and performances of output responses are analyzed.
Polymorphic loci scored by GBS can contain a large proportion of missing data across samples because random fragments of the genome are sequenced at low depth, leading some loci to have zero coverage in some individuals (Elshire et al. 2011).
