Calculations of the bending natural frequencies of finned tubes with only the mass contribution considered lead to values which are up to 10% lower than experimental values.
Although CPU prediction can lead to values above the overload threshold, there is some probability, due to the uncertainty of prediction, that the CPU utilization will be lower than the threshold.
