An agarose phantom was constructed by filling 310-ml stackable flasks with 1% agarose (Agarose LE, Analytical Grade, Promega Corporation, Madison, WI, USA) and 2, 4, 10, and 20 mg/kg concentrations of ferumoxytol (Feraheme® 30 mg/ml, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Lexington, MA, USA) or an identical amount of ferumoxytol aggregated with concanavalin A (Sigma-Aldrich, St . Louis MO, USA).
The pellet was carefully resuspended in 1 ml 2% liquid agarose at 65°C (LE, analytical grade; Promega, Madison, WI) and transferred into a 1.5-ml Eppendorf tube.
The factors associated with poor prognosis include age >62 years, tumor size > 4 cm, tumor necrosis, Fédération Nationale des Centres de Lutte Contre le Cancer FNCLCCC) grade, vascular invasion, or previous intralesional surgery [ 17, 18].
FNCLCC (French Fédération Nationale des Centres de Lutte Contre le Cancer) grades were available for 22 patients (51.2%), of whom 13 (59.1%) had grade 3 sarcoma.

The finished phantom consisted of an acrylic container, shown by hatching in Figure 1(a), partially filled with agarose gel (AG-LE, MB Grade Agarose, Lab Scientific, Livingston, NJ, USA; 2% weight/volume water).
LEs were graded using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Event, V.3.
High-risk was defined as tumor size ≥ 5 cm, Fédération Nationale des Centres de Lutte Contre le Cancer (FNCLCC) grade II/III, deep or extracompartimental localization, and patients with local relapse or inadequate previous therapy.
L, LE and XLE grades will come with the 1.8-liter four-cylinder gas engine that the 11th-gen vehicle used, while XSE and SE grades get an all-new 2.0-liter Dynamic Force four-cylinder gas engine with a new Direct Shift CVT (continuously variable automatic transmission) that simulates the feel of a 10-speed automatic, or an all-new six-speed manual transmission with downshift rev-matching control.
The new model will be offered only in LE and XLE grades.
Ninety percent of healthy follicles and 88% of atretic follicles had oocytes graded (Le Guienne, 1999) as 1 or 2 (good).
