Go to Layer Menu > Create Clipping Mask.
Open the Layer menu with Open the Layer menu with → → or or → → and select the layer containing the superimposed image.
From the Layer menu, select Align Layers to Selection > Vertical Centers.
Select the Background Layer, then click 'Layer Menu' and click 'Duplicate Layer'.
Then go up to to the Layer menu at the top of your screen and select create clipping mask OR hold down option+command+G.
It will take a couple seconds, then you will see all the individual frames in the Layer menu, and each individual frame spread out across the timeline.
