Skilling was convicted in 2006 on 19 counts of fraud, conspiracy, insider trading and lying to auditors.

Causey is charged with fraud, conspiracy, insider trading, lying to auditors and money laundering.

During his exit interview Mr. Olsson confided to Dr. Rost that he had "been lying to our auditors, Arthur Andersen, about payouts" to Swedish executives that were arranged to escape taxes, according to the court papers.
