Europium complex with β-diketones and two different phosphine oxides 8 was highly soluble in fluorinated medium, and realized largest fluorescence intensities.
The reported system transforms an external stimulus into a large fluorescence intensity change, demonstrating great potential in developing new signal reporting method for biosensor design.
As can be seen in Fig. 3, the large fluorescence intensity bursts (Fig. 3B) gradually disappeared and the fluctuation pattern changed its complex form to regular fluorescence intensity fluctuations (Fig. 3C).
Such phenomena may produce a large fluorescence intensity change that cannot easily be distinguished from genuine fusion.
As seen in Figure 5, the amine-functionalized paper shows a very large fluorescence intensity with saturation level.
Previously, Polo-Corrales et al. observed a larger fluorescence intensity increase of a copolymer when placed in the oscillating magnetic field compared to that when the field was off, even though the monitored solution temperature was the same, suggesting a different local temperature environment in the vicinity of magnetic nanoparticles.
However, S228P had a much larger Trp fluorescence intensity, implying that the mutation impaired the correct quenching of Trp fluorophores in native β/γ-crystallins (Chen et al., 2009; Chen et al., 2006; Kosinski-Collins et al., 2004).
The largest 2PA cross sections of all the chromophores located at 760 nm with the highest values 107 GM, 276 GM, and 96 GM, respectively, are depicted in Figure 4. T-2 owns the largest 2PA cross section in this spectral range, though T-1 has the largest two-photon fluorescence intensity in Figure 3.
For live-cell invadopodium analyses, the actin-containing invadopodia were traced at their largest area and fluorescence intensity of Tom-Tract and MT1-pHLuorin was determined at each time point using Metamorph.
Previous work in E. coli tested multiple fluorophores attached at two sites located on flexible loops on the surface of the protein (S92C and G26C) and a derivative of the G26C mutant gave the largest increase in fluorescence intensity upon binding to dT70 (Dillingham et al., 2008).
