A number of train services were suspended.
Among them are the frequency of train service, the slowness of the trains and the lack of trees or shrubbery alongside the tracks.
While this disparity may reflect challenges in feasibility and acceptability of the ANC package due to limited resources for materials and supplies, lack of training for service providers, and lack of clear policy direction [ 11], it may also be an indication of gaps in service provision at the ANC clinics, particularly in educational components.
Lack of training and extension service by the DOA and other government agencies as well as less marketing of the organic-based products also contribute to less participation in organic farming.
A number of practice-related issues (e.g. lack of training, policies, and perpetrator services) were also reported.
According to various authors, commercial information makes up for the lack of training in health care services, and this is even more common in developing countries where the drug industry influence is greater[ 23, 24].
This includes lack of information on available technology; lack of coordination across services; lack of training on how to use devices for users, families, and professionals; and lack of coordination in the evaluation and selection, as well as lack of funding of assistive technology alternatives.
Limited financial resources, lack of training and available mental health services for referral cannot be ignored.
Workload of the health personnel, lack of awareness about components of antenatal care services (lack of training) or negligence might explain part of the difference with this study.
Even in physician-manned services, lack of training and sub-optimal recognition of the indications for advanced airway management may influence outcomes [ 47- 49].
