When the high leverage and high influential point (labeled by the star sign in Figure 2) is removed from the analysis, the correlation between MSSQ-A and MSSQ-B become fair but still significant (n = 14; r = 0.706, p = 0.005) (inset of Figure 2).
Samples labeled by the BioArray method had higher, unnormalized fluorescence intensity values than the other methods (Table 1), possibly due to incorporation of the two labeled nucleotides.
We also now provide evidence that SVs regenerated from bulk endosomes are functional by showing that SVs labeled by HRP during a 90 sec high K+ stimulation can undergo exocytosis after a 30 min recovery period upon a second round of high K+ stimulation.
Histone H1, however, which is not affected by second-site phosphorylation, was efficiently labeled by radioactive ATP even at the highest doses of λppase.

As shown in Fig. 1C, the defined filopodial structure can be labeled by LAPREP; this result likely indicates the high efficiency of the labeling.
