To solve the multi-criteria M-SPPs (MM-SPP) with transfer delaying, an improved exact label correcting algorithm (LCA) is designed and, to solve the proposed MM-SPPs with both of transfer delaying and arriving time-window, an exact reverse LCA is designed.
Design/methodology/approach—In the study, the proposed approach extends label correcting algorithm to apply to multi-objective problems where various conflicting objectives have to be considered simultaneously so as to make a trade-off between different criteria at the same time.
Since label correcting methods use a less strict ordering than tracking methods, they can sometimes be implemented on parallel architectures.
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide a multi-objective label correcting algorithm (MLC) to solve supply chain modeling problems.
To solve our proposed model, an efficient hybrid algorithm, in which the label correcting algorithm is embedded into a branch and bound searching framework, is presented to find the optimal solutions of the considered problem.
Consequently, algorithms using locks are of the label correcting type.
