The phrase "knowledge parts" is correct and can be used in written English.
It is often used to refer to the separate parts of knowledge that make up an understanding of a subject or topic. For example, "Their history class covered many different knowledge parts, such as the evolution of societies and the impact of different religions."
In the next section we define the semantic proximity between knowledge parts of a competency.
