Microorganisms are known to thrive in this extreme environment, however, knowledge of the adaptations of deep-sea microorganisms to the psychrosphere/piezosphere remains fragmentary [1], [2], [3].
Knowledge of the adaptation mechanism of enzymes to extreme pH values and distinguishing them from one another are necessary in the proteomics field, and would help in the drug design of stable enzymes.

The proposed dynamic knowledge loop uncovers the characteristics of different kinds of cooperation and the effects they have on the knowledge of adaptation, as well as the adaptation of knowledge.
