Paella Primer Roger Martinez, a chef from Barcelona who worked at some of the best kitchens in Catalonia, including El Bulli and El Celler de Can Roca, will teach a class on paella on Monday at Bouley Test Kitchen, 88 West Broadway (Chambers Street), on the fifth floor.
Since then, they have been playing with ingredients in the Bouley test kitchen on Chambers Street.
