At this point it should be mentioned that the last case, the Marginalized Graph kernel screen for PDGFRβ ligands, seems to give an inverted ranking, and thus the model does not behave randomly as one would expect for a bad model, and the ROC plot indicates that the performance gets closer to random performance using the 50% threshold.
