The phrase "judgement system" is correct and can be used in written English.
It refers to a system or set of rules used to make decisions or reach conclusions based on evidence or facts. Example: The criminal justice system is a complex web of laws, courts, and judgement systems designed to ensure fair trials and appropriate punishment for those who break the law.
And as Williams puts it (1985: 38), the "various features of the moral judgement system support each other, and collectively they are modelled on the prerogatives of a Pelagian God".
This becomes more evident when we consider that even the simplest of creatures that may otherwise be bereft of a conscious or explicit value judgement system have been imparted (through evolution) the discerning ability to know that doing a certain "A" set of things will make it more probable for them to survive, as opposed to doing a certain "B" set of things.
These online systems, such as the Adaptive Comparative Judgement System (ACJS) (Pollitt, 2012b) and the Pair-Wise Web Software (Humphry et al. 2013 2015), are based on Thurstone's (1927) law of comparative judgement and have dealt with many of the issues, that in the past inhibited the use of comparative judgement in assessment (Jones & Alcock, 2012; Pollitt, 2012a).

Several researchers have found that assessors needed little training in the use of comparative judgement systems and the process, including those in which judges had not had specific assessor training (see Heldsinger & Humphry, 2013; McMahon & Jones, 2014; Pollitt, 2012a).
Similar systems to verify experts have been implemented in TechCast, Wikistrat, iKnow and DeltaScan/SigmaScan. DeltaScan and WikiStrat are so strict in their accreditation process (it is not only based on questionnaires but also deep level certification) that it is questionable whether those systems can be considered Foresight expert judgement systems at all.
These studies have provided evidence of the efficacy in using digital assessment systems for relative comparative judgement.
Because there is no clinical consensus or guidelines defining what "high" risk of initiating daily smoking actually is, physicians and their patients will need to rely on their judgement and value systems to define "high risk" and "low risk" on an individual basis, to decide when intervention is warranted.
The analysis of evaluative language resources for expressing attitudinal meaning revealed that within the system of Judgement, the current theorisation of Judgement types of Tenacity, Propriety and Veracity could sufficiently accommodate the data.
From a socio-economic perspective, the comparison is not usually made – possibly because of the judgement that both fuel systems arise from the same global economic system which itself needs changing.
