Keep a small journal with you and every time you have a positive thought write it down.
As you start to develop a daily practice, you can carry your journal with you and write in the morning and throughout the day as you go.
I also recommend to keep a journal with you in your purse and especially one at home for you to journal frequently about what is going on currently, how you are feeling with emotions on a daily basis so you don't repress them, and what you plan to do to feel better, an action plan I like to call it.
