Due to the rarity of this type of tumor in laryngeal localization two cycles of VAC1 induction chemotherapy were administered (VAC1-vincristine, D-aktynomycine and cyclophosphamide: 1.5 MG/M2 IV day 1, 0.3 MG/M2 IV days 1-5, 150 MG/M2 IV days 1-51-5very 28 days).

Patients received neo-adjuvant and adjuvant CTX as an inpatient regimen consisting of ifosfamide 1500 mg/m2 iv days 1-4, etoposide 125 mg/m2 iv days 1 and 4, and adriamycin 50 mg/m2 iv day 1 (EIA regimen, 8 cycles total).
Patients with metastatic TNBC previously treated with anthracyclines and taxanes received irinotecan (100 125 mg/m IV days 1, 8, 15, 22) and UCN-01 (70 mg/m IV day 2, 35 mg/m day 23 and subsequent doses) every 42-day cycle.
