The P3D option uses iteration to estimate population parameters such as genetic and residual variance only once in a model with no fixed marker effects, then uses those estimates without iteration in subsequent association tests for each marker.
By tuning the C program with Lower limit as 0.01 and upper limit as 0.06 and by tuning various constant parameters such as setting iteration as 100, the glucose, nitrogen, phosphorus, both at constant and exponential feeding strategy give positive optimal solutions with a time interval of 4 h represented in Fig. 6.
