Two items, "feeling tired or having little energy" and "trouble falling asleep, or sleeping too much" represent shared questions between the PHQ-9 and the PHQ-15.
For the outcome evaluation items, feeling less feminine was rated as more undesirable by women who opted for BCS than for women who opted for mastectomy, (Ms = −2.08 vs. -1.00), t(44) = −2.62, p <.012.
