First, the H66A mutation, which destabilizes binding to Tyr-T1 tRNATyr by more than 2 kcal/mol, is unlike the other eight strongly destabilizing mutations in that it shows a slow kpep value of 0.073/s similar to that of wild-type EF-Tu.
The Fano factor as a function of time is shown in Figure 7 and it shows a substantially smaller value of the Fano factor compared to Figure 5.
For all the samples, at lower frequency region, it shows a very low value (~zero) of M′.

In particular, the PSD does not exhibit a resonance peak for the value of P larger than but close to the dark band, and it shows a small resonant peak if the value of P is more away from the dark band and if the noise intensity is small.
However, when compared with the control film, it showed a higher value than that of the film incorporated with CLC.
"It shows an almost systematic underestimation of values and an overestimation of costs," he says.
