Does it resolve its many climactic crises too neatly and too sweetly?
Bank of America had nothing to add beyond a terse statement: "The bank group has been in discussions for some time with the orchestra to help it resolve its debt on an acceptable basis and operate at a sustainable level," Shirley Norton, the bank's spokesman, wrote in an e-mail.
