"Issuing this decision automatically closes the legal case against them," Mr. Shalqam said.
"The fact that he issued this decision one day before one of the year's busiest travel dates only underscores how important truck safety is to American motorists".
"We have issued this decision as expeditiously as possible under the foregoing time constraints in order to timely respond to the questions presented by the Supreme Court of the United States in the Dec. 4, 2000, opinion and its remand instructions," the footnote said.
The Court issued this decision in 2009, and it has already been cited by lower courts tens of thousands of times.
The Court will not address that issue in this Decision, but leaves open the issue as to whether mortgages processed through the MERS system are properly perfected and valid liens.
"The big issue about this decision is that it won't open up the floodgates.
The general perception is that the extent of DNA damage or the downstream factor(s) may be the major issue in this decision.
"We appreciate that the E.P.A. appears to have attempted to take into consideration the complex timing issues that this decision creates for the N.G.S. owners," John Sullivan, the chief resources executive at the project, said in a statement.
"But quite apart from those issues, how this decision came to be leaves a pretty soiled imprint on collective bargaining.
"The Ministry of Interior did not study the issue correctly and this decision threatens the Egyptian economy," added Megahed.
"This is not a purely local issue," the decision read.
