In an earlier concatenated whole genome analysis of 240 H1N1pdm virus isolates up to July 2009 [11], seven discrete clades of the H1N1pdm viruses circulating globally were observed.
Each center isolates up to 100 gram-positive and 100 gram-negative aerobic bacteria per year from routine diagnostic samples from hospitalized patients, excluding repeat patient isolates.
Types of microbial contaminants are presented in Figure 2. Several physicobiochemical tests were performed to identify the selected bacterial isolates up to genus level (Table 1).
Studies that had investigated the frequency of azole resistance in Aspergillus culture collections report finding the first resistant isolates up to 17 years earlier [ 23].
The degree of variability appears to differ throughout the viral genome, as the VP2 region was more conserved among different AMDV isolates (up to 11% difference).
Our results markedly differ from those of French and international surveillance networks that reported during the same period resistance for outpatient urinary E. coli isolates up to 14% for fluoroquinolones and up to 5% for third generation cephalosporin.
